This beautiful 1964 silver Corvette Stingray Sport Coupe classic comes from the extensive collection of a local collector. Periodically he takes one of the fine automobiles from his heated 20+- car garage and offers it for sale. Like each of the vehicles in his collection, this Stingray has been carefully selected as an outstanding example of the marque and well maintained by a conscientious owner—a hard-to-find combination. Finished in the highly desirable Silver exterior and red interior, this vehicle is appealing to everyone who enjoys Corvettes. This Sport Coupe is in excellent running condition and has just been serviced by our shop. This highly desirable classic has been restored to original specifications including paint, upholstery, engine, transmission—and has a detailed engine compartment that appears almost as it might have when the car was on the Chevrolet showroom floor back in 1964.

This vehicle has the 327 cubic inch, 300 horsepower engine mated to the Corvette automatic transmission to make driving it both exciting and enjoyable. The car starts right up, the engine is strong, the transmission is smooth, and the steering is tight. This Stingray has the desirable—and attractive—cast aluminum wheel option with knock off hubs. All the lights, gauges and equipment work as intended, and the 215/75/15 Goodyear radials are mounted on the optional factory 6" wide cast aluminum knock off wheels. In sum, this beautiful Stingray is ready—and able—to drive wherever you might desire.

Having traveled the actual 64,184 miles shown on the odometer over its 42 year life, the car is in exceptional condition and has been a driver’s car, not a trailered show car. The paint has a few minor chips that have been touched up, but is overall in excellent condition. The interior is in fine condition in every respect from dash to seats to the rear compartment, with the paint by the gear selector showing some wear from seatbelt use.
